The mission statement of our agency, lCK Assurance Home Health Care, Inc. is to provide comprehensive, high-quality home care services to our clients by creating strong partnerships with their families, case managers, discharge planners, and physicians. We believe in creating a team of caring professionals, whose goal is the care and support of our clients.
Our Company:
ICK Assurance Home Health Care Inc., DBA Assurance Home Care, Inc. is a DPH Approved Medicare and Mass Health Provider. We provide services to patients within the Worcester, Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk Counties of Massachusetts. The company is owned and operated by nurses with a combined experience of 20 years in healthcare and 10 years specializing in home health management.
Our Patients:
We provide skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide, homemaking, and companion services. Our team is comprised of skilled professionals and paraprofessionals. The time spent with each client ranges from once a week for 2 hours to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The home care team works closely with a physician, case manager, and your family to develop a plan of care uniquely tailored to the patient’s specific needs.
Our Staff:
We employ a wide range of compassionate and qualified staff with prior experience in a variety of healthcare settings. We recruit only qualified professionals that meet state and federal qualifications for all positions including administrative staff, clinical staff, and paraprofessional staff. Employees must also undergo a criminal background check (C.O.R.I) prior to hiring. Our staffs are available all the time including in the evenings and weekends. The on-call registered nurse is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
ICK Assurance Home Health Care Inc. is staffed with multilingual professionals. Other languages spoken by our staff besides English are Spanish, Portuguese, French, Swahili, and other African Languages.

Our Agency works together to coordinate patient care. We are committed to quality improvement and working together with hospitals to prevent and reduce avoidable hospital readmissions.
