There are many reasons why people need health care at home. Millions of elder Americans have health problems but want to maintain their independence in their home with their families. Others need therapies or assistance with activities of daily living. A lot of people suffer from chronic diseases and disabilities, like Alzheimer's, heart failure, kidney disease, or diabetes, and need careful monitoring but do not want or need to enter a nursing home or skilled care facility.
Our diverse team of professionals is comprised of highly skilled, committed, and experienced staff. Our Agency works diligently to actively recruit and retain qualified staff to ensure an adequate workforce to meet caseload and workload demands. We take extra steps to ensure high-quality home health care services with rigorous hiring standards, ongoing supervision, education, training, and 24 hours clinical support.
Hiring Standards:
All job applicants undergo a thorough education verification/OIG fraud check and background checks. The applicants also undergo in-depth interviews, testing, and hands-on skills assessments before being hired.
Supervisions:
Nursing and home health aide services are under the supervision of a registered nurse who makes regular home visits to ensure the health and safety of our clients. The employee supervisor conducts formal, written employee performance evaluations within 90 days and annually thereafter on the anniversary of the date of hire.
Education and Training:
Once hired, the employee undergoes an orientation process to learn about our policies and procedures. The employees undergo additional hours of in-service training throughout the year and are regularly tested on their specialty care training.
24 Hours Clinical Support:
We have an RN nursing supervisor on call available 24 hours a day and dedicated clinical managers in the office.
